Upgrade Mode Procedure:
Turn the radio off and do not plug it in the computer yet. Run the USB Upgrade application as Administrator.
Push and hold the PTT and Power button simultaneously until the Red LED turns on, then release the buttons. At this point you may plug it into the computer and proceed with the upgrade process.
